You'll find him in class, on the front desk at Bondi or his happy place on a tractor or surfboard. You might also see him up-skilling soon to be teachers at BodyMindLife's teacher training Academy. Vanessa has been a yoga devotee for over 30 years and a teacher for 16 years. She originally trained in Hatha yoga, but loves to teach all styles from a deeply nourishing Yin practice, to a steadying, grounding Hatha through to a fluid Vinyasa flow, aligning breath with movement to free the mind, tone the body and enliven the spirit.

He is a fully certified STOTTPILATES® instructor, a certified Yoga instructor and a Barre instructor. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his trainings, having also studied a Bachelor of Arts and Science majoring in Anatomy and Music.
