Vanessa Mitchell

Vanessa has been a yoga devotee for over 30 years and a teacher for 16 years. She originally trained in Hatha yoga, but loves to teach all styles from a deeply nourishing Yin practice, to a steadying, grounding Hatha through to a fluid Vinyasa flow, aligning breath with movement to free the mind, tone the body and enliven the spirit.

Vanessa has been a yoga devotee for over 30 years and a teacher for 16 years. She originally trained in Hatha yoga, but loves to teach all styles from a deeply nourishing Yin practice, to a steadying, grounding Hatha through to a fluid Vinyasa flow, aligning breath with movement to free the mind, tone the body and enliven the spirit. She is a certified Pre & Post Natal yoga instructor. A practice that cultivates a deeper connection for mums and their babies, instilling confidence in their ability to nourish, grow, birth and care for their babies and selves. It is a nurturing practice designed to relax, restore and strengthen the ever-changing pregnant body through breath work, toning, and postures. In 2020 Vanessa also completed her Pilates reformer teacher training through Body Mind Life.
