September 12th & 13th / 26th & 27th, part time Join our Mat Pilates Immersion at BodyMindLife — a chance to refine your technique, build strength, and truly understand the Pilates method. Whether you want to deepen your own practice or gain certification to teach, this is where it starts. Throughout the four days we'll take you on a deep dive of the foundation exercises of mat Pilates. You'll learn the physiology behind them, the form and techniques required for maximum effectiveness and how to prepare and teach a class.
